Cost vs what you can rent at is the biggest factor. I have been on the mls for a few months looking. My first rental fell into my hands so I have no experience in finding deals, yet. But I’m working on it! You have any advice in the WA/OR market?

Just popping in to say Hello! I'm a new real estate investor near Seattle, WA. I'm currently looking into long distant investing in a more affordable market thank WA. I have been looking at NC and OH mostly recently. I'm trying to digest ALL the information on BP that I can. The amount of content is pretty overwhelming. If you have any tips, that would be great!
