Hi Nicole,

Thank you for sharing your experience so far, I hope that they can turn it around, sell the property and continue the distributions as promised. I did not do a 1031 linked to just one property with them for that very reason. I did however invest in the SLF fund which is a fund of many of their properties and pays out 7.50% like clockwork. I have been in for about one year and it has been paying monthly. Best wishes to you and your investing.

Senior Living Fund now has offers all over the internet for 12%-18% returns......

Does anyone have any history with them as being legitimate and worthy of investing with them?

Any horror stories out there?

How come no one is talking about PPR in the past year?

Is this fund legitimate? Is there any bad press? any horror stories?

How come more people are not investing with a 10% return and no money lost?

Is this too good to be true???
