Delayed financing is a program that allows you to cash out before the 6 months waiting time that most lenders required.

Hello, two months ago I paid cash for a property I just moved in. I done some research online and my best option to cash out is to get a  delayed financing program offered by Freddie Mac. I wonder if someone have tried this, please advise, thank you.
