Most counties in Tennessee do not have deed documents available online without some paid login privileges. I do not think Lauderdale County's Register of Deeds even has a website.

Hi, I am Paul Corder the Planning Director for the City of Lebanon. I found this forum through the "Small Developers Facebook group. I am interested in the real estate development process and would like to have a small rental project in the future. I am also curious about how regulations (some of which I write) impact developers.
