Thank you Jerryll and what a great response!  I'm looking to buy a list to market to senior citizens for home care services.  Not real estate (even though I'm a real estate investor).  I just don't know of any companies that sell lists and was hoping to get some references to companies that are in the business of selling lists.  If you have any companies that you know of that sell lists I would be grateful if you could share.  Thanks again for the great and QUICK response.  I wish you continued success!!

The Real Estate Investors Association of North Central Indiana (REIA-NCI) will meet this Thursday, July 25 to hear the first in a three part series about Building an Epic Real Estate Business. This week is Part 1: How to Start an Epic Real Estate Business where you will learn how to "Find Your Why", set goals AND achieve them, and purchase your first few properties. The meeting will take place at St. Paul's Retirement Community located at 3602 S Ironwood Dr, South Bend, IN 46614 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. and is free and open to the public. Ever wonder what goes through the mind of an experienced investor when they look at a house. Well, here's your chance to find out. On July 27th, hop on the bus and ride along as we tour future MLS listings plus several rental rehabs. Rehabbers and landlords are invited to join us and watch how some of the areas most experienced real estate investors analyze a potential money maker available in today's market. Tickets are $30 for members and $60 for non-members. Seats are limited to 25 (that's about all that can comfortably fit in a house at one time). The tour starts from St. Paul's Sanctuary parking lot at 9:30am and will be back at St. Paul's about 2 p.m. Pizza and a debriefing session will follow. Tickets always sell out fast. Get yours here.

Our next meeting is this Thursday, June 27th.  It's our annual picnic at Potawatomi Park.  If you haven't been to one of our annual picnics, just follow the signs to the zoo.  We'll be up a small rise on the left side of the parking lot at the large pavillion.  There is a play area nearby.  Family and friends are welcome.  Please bring a dish to pass.  The club will provide meats, drinks, and tableware.  We will start grilling around 6pm.
