1. Buy my first rental property as I finally have enough money saved for once in my life.

2. Spend more time with my family and strengthen bonds.

3. Eat healthier and start working out routinely.

4. Visit and see my roots in Spain.

Hello everyone!

I am currently working on getting my California Real Estate Agent License but ultimately, I want to be a full time investor.

My question is, if I ever wanted to invest in properties in different states, do I need to hold a real estate license for that particular state? Ex. Nevada, Texas, Florida etc. Or can I only conduct business in California? I am aware that the state of California does not have reciprocity with any other state.

Thank you for your time everyone!

Hello Biggerpockets forum!

My credit took a beating thanks to bad credit card usage years ago and also due to a unsettled bill. Is it possible to get started investing in real estate now? or should I continue working my current job in sales and build up my credit before starting in real estate?

Hello everyone, I love to hear stories on how people get started in doing what they do, so what attracted you to start in real estate? Did you get inspiration from someone? Did you just want to dip your toes in and test the waters first? Lets hear it!
