Hi All

My fiancé and I have been searching for our family home for the past few months but have not had an offer accepted yet because a lot of people are purchasing with cash. I have always been interested in investment properties but have chosen not to dive in until now.  

Since we are getting out bid we are switching are strategy completely---any suggestions or advice would be helpful as we are open to almost anything and would love to get more connected.
