@Sheila Berry what are some clauses you suggested. I have been seeing the inspection clause. But for some reason I’m not understanding how that is a out clause. Thanks in advance

@Summer Poole I have found a bunch on Craigslist in the real estate area. And a good podcast is flip 2 freedom has a lot of good advice.

Hello all

So my question is? I'm just starting in the wholesale investment business. Just doing it in my spare time. Do I need a LLC right off the start or can I wait till I know I really want to get into this full time. Thank you

@Dan Barli that’s were I’m getting kinda confused. In your opinion what’s the way to go? Buyers list or sellers list first.

Hello everyone

Just starting this game of wholesale investing. I have not made my first deal but I feel I’m close. Any good advice out there. I have done my research and am super confident. What is the best way to get this ball rolling. One of my biggest questions is what is the best way to do the contracts. Thank you in advance.
