I have two brand new houses and need a good property manager quickly. I'm open to any suggestions but prefer referrals from someone you've worked with.

Thanks

Hey guys, thanks for all the response.. I'm currently in Vegas and will be moving back to the area when I purchase a home. I'm currently looking in Highlands Ranch. Bigger investment than most would want I'm guessing. I am interested in hearing more and looking forward to coming to the mixer once I re-locate. I love Denver and have missed it the year I have been gone.

What's the best area for buy and hold single family homes for rental cash flow in Denver? What's your favorite? And/or what's your area and niche? I'm new and ready to buy my first rental... I'm soaking up all the knowledge I can find. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,

looks like a great forum. As a new investor I look forward to extracting some great info on here with everyone's help. One day I will be glad to share things I've learned. For now, I have an income property that's paid for and looking to do an owner occupied. I'd like to repeat the process several times in the next ten years. My immediate need is finding a creative lender. Good credit, solid job and an outright owned property.
