Hi! My name is Paul Kunselman. I recently started Kunselman Properties, LLC to generate some additional income. I'm new to real estate, but I've watched a ton of great content from BiggerPockets and I've learned a lot! I've got everything set up…. Pro subscription to BiggerPockets, leads, attorney, contractor, real estate agent, potential renters..... but no investors. I'm looking to start small and local to my area (rural VA) so I can get the basics down before going hog wild. I'm looking to BRRRR, so investments will be short term to start, and all in most likely between $40k and $70k.

I'm eager to get my first few deals in the books and meet some great people along the way.
