We're opening escrow on a 32 Unit building and South Carolina and wanted to see if the community has any experience working with one stop shop companies for forensic accounting services, unit inspections, due diligence, etc. on your apartment building acquisitions.

We have a contract on a 32 Unit multi-family asset it South Carolina. It's being purchased at a 9% CAP and performs very well historically. Looking for a private lender to fund 75% of deal - purchase price $1.3M. Seeking interest under 4.5% and 1 point on the loan. 3 year hold on the loan.

I'm a local investor based in Charlotte County who is in need of a good agent in the SW Florida area to assist in finding fix & flip deals and submit offers on homes in the MLS. Can be anywhere from Sarasota down to Fort Myers, including Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. Please let me know if you know anyone reliable as I recently relocated back to Florida from California and have started investing back here again.

Have a SFR fix and flip in Charlotte County Florida. In escrow at 225k. Repairs are 70-80k. ARV comps are conservatively in the low $400's. On water w/Gulf access, boat dock and pool. 13 days to close, 4 days left in inspections.

Looking for equity partner for one of the following:

*Someone to finance the down payment on my hard money loan - 75% of purchase price of $225,000

*Someone interested in privately financing entire deal - $225,000 and remodel expenses of $70,000-$80,000
