Thank you so much! funny story is I  decided to start listening to the whole series from the start a couple weeks ago and am currently on episode #14 !!!! I  am taking this as a universal sign that good things are just around the corner!!! Thanks so much for the inspiration!

Thanks so much guys! I  will continue to educate myself as much as possible to get good numbers that work for all in the deal for sure.  I    will also start putting together a buyers list for sure, I    would hate to get stuck with no buyer, and finally house hacking sure seems to be key from the masses so I  will be looking for creative ways to begin that as well! Hello BP community! I am extremely new to real estate investing and have decided to try my hand at wholesaling to try and learn the ropes of the game and hope to carry that knowledge into further investment opportunities.

With that being said I would be so very grateful to connect with anyone that has experience in the wholesale field that I can learn from. My end goal is to find a mentor that I can bring deals to in exchange for their time and knowledge. 

I have a family of seven I am providing for through my fiancés and my photography company and we just want to start the path of a more lucrative future for our children to grow into. 

It means a lot to me to start this journey as I grew up in a broke and very non motivated household with no inheritance in the foreseeable future and I want to be the one to change that and build a portfolio to pass down to my kids. 

ANY advice is so so very appreciated! I have been hitting the books hard but fear if I don’t get out there in the field I will simply suffer from analysis paralysis for another year. 

The time is now for me and I owe all this inspiration and motivation to everyone in the BP community that I am so stoked to be part of!

Just putting together the pieces and be ready to start 1) wholesaling properties to accumulate capitol, 2) use earned capital for "skin in the game" for private money to begin purchasing rental properties via the BRRRR method. I am now looking to find a solid purchase and sale agreement template to start reaching out to possible sellers. This whole this is very scary but I know that means that I should do it. any tips is more appreciated than you probably know!
