Hi everybody im looking for my first investment property & would be very appreciative for any insight. Ive been looking on sites such as realtytrac & foreclosure.com, as well as government sites & lender links that sell REO's. My question is are the pay sites I mentioned worthwhile? If not any suggestions from the pros? Thanks for your time.
