Hello, I have previously invested in Detroit and looking into the Dayton market. I see multiple affordable Multifamily properties for sale. Can you guys point out the cash flowing area? Thanks

@Mitch Messer thanks for the reply. We would like to learn pretty much anything we can about real estate investments. We currently have NO properties, but hopefully that will change by the end of this year. We are looking into multifamily rental properties with the Occasional fix and flip.
