Hi Will and Jonathan,

I understand BP is not a tax or a legal advice company.  I was looking for opinions on whether it is a good idea to set one up.  

Thank you both for your input and I agree that a consultation with an attorney and CPA is necessary.

I am hearing that it is a good idea to setup an LLC for Real Estate Investing. Does BP has tools for creating or should one go to an attorney and/or CPA to create?
