I might recommend sharing some of your skills and experience so that way people understand how you can add value to them.  You'll find a ton of awesome experience Chicago investors, but just remember their time is quite valuable so consider being as mindful as possible of that. 

@Pedro Navarrete have you listened to the Straight Up Chicago Investor's Podcast? @Mark Ainley and @Tom Shallcross do a great job running it, and you can find out a lot of the local info you need for free. I think you can also find all the right people through that podcast as well since it is very location specific.

No, actually I would love to get into other real estate: fix and flips, Rentals & BRRRR.

But I figure that I start with wholesaling since I don’t have a lot of capital to start off with. But since I’m not “licensed” I can only wholesale one property a year.
