Philip Katz No problem we can meet up for sure I'm two minutes from downtown Stamford. I'm currently looking in Bridgeport CT to start and build my buy and hold portfolio. For what I been seeing the area have single and multi family opportunity there. I'm just not sure of the area and the market there.
