Hey LaTonga,

Typically turnkey properties that are tenanted do sell for a premium because of the cashflow. Certainly being in the midwest there are more opportunities for cashflowing properties than on the east or west coast.

From my experience it is hard to compare an investment property that is cashflowing to a primary residence as they are different risk profiles

Hey Nic,

Did you setup a traditional LLC or a series LLC in order to separate each property?

@Josue Vargas I believe if you either leave your job or retire, you can roll your assets into a Self Directed IRA and purchase the home in the SDIRA without paying taxes
