Hi Everyone, 

I just want to take a moment and introduce myself. My name is Peter. I live in Acton, Massachusetts. I really know very little about Real Estate investing, except what I see promoted like buy nothing down, buy and flip for quick and easy profit. I actually hope to learn a lot from this site, and maybe find a mentor to help guide me. I was a real estate agent about 12 years ago. Took the classes to get my license, went to work under a broker. Made a little money on a couple of deals, but never had good steady cash flow from it so I got out and went back to work at a 9-5 job. And now I am looking at Real Estate again, but now as an investor.
