Hello fellow BP member! My name is Peter and I am a licensed acupuncturist.

I have lived in Puyallup, WA region for about 10 years and currently working in my private clinic in Tacoma region for about 4 years and still counting.

I always wanted to dive into the world of Real Estate and studied as much I can, not only for the preparation but to maximize my potential and want to achieve my ultimate goal safely but in a faster way, which is 'retire early and enjoy life!'.

I have saved up about 20k in my saving but still ready to 'aim'and 'shoot' mode for my first Real Estate investing property.

I am interesting in 2-4 units rental properties closed to Pierce county area and will have to use a 'dependable and trust-worthy' property managers to maintain my properties since I can't be a full time landlord/Realtor/management due to my work environment.

I am a fresh 'newbie' as it can get since I have what-so-ever no experience in RE and want to build a strong network and find great mentors and friends so that not only I can learn but expand my knowledge and understanding of RE.

BP has taught me the great knowledge of RE, what it takes to be a RE investor, what to avoid and cautious, and tons of extra information that I greatly greatly appreciate. However, I know for sure I am a far from what I want to be at and I need as much help I can get from BP network.

Teach me, guide me, and help me guys! :) I am ready to take a next step in my life to write the next chapter which is 'getting closer to the retirement!'

I'm very new to real estate investing, and looking for a local agent who mostly work with multi-home/aprtment properties investments.

I live in Puyallup and looking forward to dive into the new journey of my life ;real estate investing!

I believe that not only I need a great mentor/agent/friend who can guide me how to and what not to do in investing but also for a good network!

If you guys know good agents around Pierce county area, please let me know.
