@luke: my goal is to generate passive income for now with a property that appreciate over time. I like to look at area where there are a lot of renting activities so I can limit vacancy and have high occupancy at all time. Also need the area to be safe and favorable among the locals, meaning not too far of a drive to most things in the city. I like SFH but not opposed to multi or commercial. However my capital is limited to maybe just SFH or multi. Thank you for your help! let me know if you need more info. I'm looking to get a place soon.

Hi forum, I'm new here. I have some fund saved up for a second investment property. I'm looking at Tampa, FL but open to get advice on other cities to consider. If you know Tampa, which area should I be looking at? Thanks all.
