Thanks for that! I sent out mailers 3 separate times, about two weeks spaced out 500 at a time. Got the addresses from driving for dollars and have more addresses that we haven't sent out yet. This is good to continue right? We plan on remailing list once we run out of fresh addresses.

Thanks for the advice! How would I start cold calling on the list when all I have is the name and mailing address of the owners? I come from a sales background so I don't mind calling just don't have numbers to call.

So I have started my real estate journey and I'm on the hunt for leads. I'm in the very competitive Omaha market and have been driving for dollars and sent out 1500 post cards and waiting for those to produce. As I can't just sit here and twiddle my thumbs I started looking through Facebook and Craigslist for leads but it seems to me that a lot of those houses are already under contract or are being sold at a price where wholesaling would be impossible cause I wouldn't be able to sell with assignment fee. My question is what is the best way to find off market property before it hits these sites so that I can buy them from homeowners vrs other investors.
