Thanks Tom - good advise !
Hey everyone,
Quick questions about wholesaling. . Newbie here.
What is the next step after getting a house under contract? What to do after signing the Purchase and Sale agreement.
Do I now go to the title company with the contract and earnest money and they start some kind process? Then find the buyer (I might have one already), sign the assignment contract, then send them to the title company with the assignment contract/cash for the deal?
Its the tiny steps in between the larger steps that I'm still not sure of...
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you to those who responded so far.
Tony: I'm very new so all I've been focusing on so far is traditional wholesaling and wholesaling lease options.
Im getting the feeling that I should stay here for a while and educate myself more on all the different ways to profit in REI before making a move.

Hi
My name is Peter and am currently living in Portland, Oregon. I have recently decided to get serious about investing and am wondering if moving to Los Angeles is a good idea. Does anybody know if this is a good move for a new investor (or any investor.
To stay in Portland, Oregon or move to Los Angeles--that is the question . . .
Any help is much appreciated.
Thanks
