Does anyone know if FlipComp will allow you to export results to excel? I'm looking into using the software but the excel function is key for me as I will be using the data within another system. Thoughts? Also, the MLS data will show terms for closed property, i.e. cash sales. Does FlipComp show that as well?

I'm interested in it but I'm not able to find very much info, including FAQs or a knowledge base.

Hi Larina,
I find myself in the same boat - so little time and yet so much to learn. I too would love for there to be a system ( proven; reviewed in more places than the site where you buy said system ) that could help me get the needed things done in less time. I have not taken the plunge with the system and I'm currently viewing several others. Mainly I'm looking for bang for buck. To be honest, if that means I use multiple systems in conjunction with one another, then so be it because in my mind, I am more than willing to pay for something (services, systems, guided/specific knowledge) if there is a measurable return on my investment. After all, look at all the crap we pay for with absolutely no return on investment. Like cable, junk food, and overpriced coffee. :) Either way, what I'll ultimately do is give an extensive review of the products/systems I try (even if that means adding competition :) ) so that others will know my own experiences and thoughts, for what they're worth.
Regarding competition, I personally feel like there are more than enough opportunities to go around and they will continue to be around, just because of the nature of this business. It is my hope that the more people I can connect with, the greater my network will be, which will only help me and my network. There will likely be many opportunities that aren't a good fit for me, but that are perfect for someone else's business model. By being able to pass these along, the client is still helped, someone else is growing their business and my credibility (and the credibility of my stated mission) is given credence. (LOL, well that's my hope anyway!)
I'll be sure to keep you updated if and when I try these out.
Cheers!

Nice to meet you! A kindred spirit! I too am focused mainly in IT and I'm starting a contract shortly as a technical project manager for enterprise software implementations (specifically for regulatory compliance.) I'm working on my PMP (in addition to full time school for a bachelor's in software development) and looking at the black belt in six sigma. We're apparently on the same career path!

Thanks so much for this response. It's incredibly interesting to me to hear how many investors assume that because one is exploring wholesaling, they must be doing something underhanded or have the intent to screw someone over. It's also interesting to hear how many assume that because I'm a self identified noob, I must be completely uninformed and wanting to jump in with enough info to get myself and others in trouble. (Who gave the gun to the baby?)
I've spent a great deal of time reading the laws, the court cases from around the country, MANY books, etc and I've spent a great deal of time building my plan and mission that my business will be built around. In my professional life, I'm a project manager, governance analyst and process improvement specialist. I likely spend more time than most planning and setting up with keen attention to regulations and compliance. But why argue, right? I'm just looking for input from the trenches, so to speak.
That said, your business model and mission speak to me as they are very similar to mine. My brand will be built around transparency, integrity and I will NEVER complete a deal that is not a win win win, and my sellers will know that.
Since you are in Charleston, if you're open to it, I'd love to maybe meet for a cup of coffee (my treat :) ) and pick your brain, maybe run my business model by you.

Agreed. Thanks again. I've saved this article for future reference and after reviewing the laws/statues specific to my state, they are in fact very similar.

Just to be clear, by finding reversed, I mean the original finding that the wholesaler was guilty was reversed. He was found to not have broken the law in question and the amount he was ordered to pay was reversed so that the plaintiffs got nothing.
