What is the name of the property management company that you use? Would you mind if I gave them a call?

I appreciate your reply. I’ll start looking harder out there and I’ll contact your agent. Your post is very helpful.

I live in Utah County but have family in the basin. Vernal has seen a down swing in house prices and I’m wondering what your opinion is on current trends and the future. Also curious if anyone would know vacancy and rent rates. I’m very interested in making a purchase there if it makes sense. If you are an agent in the area or know one let me know. Thanks

Thanks for bringing that up. I forgot about the owner builder situation. Can't I do 1 a year and be ok? You are making me question fix-and-flips. Would I need a GC for that as well?

I'll try UCCU and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the suggestion

I have a lot in Santaquin Utah. What lenders has anyone used around here? Who would you recommend?
