I could produce some rather nice renderings rather quickly if you have an idea on the massing of the building and what you want it to look like. The cost on this would be rather reasonable. If you want some really accurate renderings that have the context of the site around, then that would probably cost a few thousand and you may be better off going to a visualization company instead.
