I had a tenant get a pig without telling me and then called me a bad landlord for telling him it had to go. The house had no fence so he was keeping the pig on the back porch. 🤷🏽‍♂️

My pet addendum covers all the liability stuff, and I only allow dogs. I usually on do a $250 pet deposit, but I may start doing monthly rent now as it seems many of you are already doing it.

Can anyone in Georgia recommend a good tax attorney? I’ve been using the same person the past three years, but my taxes have gone up a lot the last two…I would like to try someone new, to make sure I’m taking all the deductions I’m entitled to. I only have 8 doors, so my returns aren’t overly complex. I want to find someone now, so I’m not scrambling early next year.  Thanks!
