As a Realtor I advise all my clients to ignore the Zestimate.  It is not calculated in an accurate way and can be extremely high or low at times.  The reason for the drop was most likely because you got a deal on it.  Zillow estimates are based simply on averages in the area, so if you get a great deal you bring down the average.

Land can be hard at times. What is on the land? Woods, field, empty lot?  You may have to start direct marketing to people that would have a use for that type of land. How big is it? For how much?

Hello Bigger Pockets! I currently have a six property portfolio for sale in Wilmington DE.  All are rented out pulling in over $7,000/ month. Asking price is $639,000.  What are your thoughts on this? I’ve spoken to some investors that think it’s an amazing deal and others that say it’s a bad deal.  What are your thoughts?
