I would be interested in doing some investing in the local market, but I really would like to get into the vacation market. I'm looking to start learning how to start buying up vacation properties and renting them out in high volume markets to help pay for themselves. I don't have much experience in the real estate market, which is why I'm here. I will take any information I can get to help me get started! =-)

Hi All!

I am a new member from Virginia looking to learn about real estate investment. Specifically I am looking to invest in the vacation market and learn how to invest with little or no money down to get me started. I would quickly like to be able to cash flow all of my investments and have nothing on loan or credit, this is part of the reason I joined. I don't want to get myself into trouble by investing too much on borrowed money. Any suggestions will help! Hope to meet many of you!

Thanks,

Phillip
