Still pretty new on here. Just updating on what’s happening in our personal real estate world.

Me and my wife are scheduled to close on our first property later this month. We’re very excited. This will be our place of residence but the property does have two houses on the lot. The secondary house is in rough shape currently but we hope to fix it up and have it be our first rental.

Hello my name is Phillip I’m 26 years old with a wife and two children, and one more on the way. We currently live in Fort Payne Alabama.

Right now we are searching for a house for us to finance and live in. I know I’m super inexperienced but I’ve been doing a lot studying on real estate investing and I’m very excited to meet other investors and learn more. I have set a goal to have at least one property to rent out by the end of next year and wish to grow more and more
