Hello, Phillip Lumpkin here. This is my first post on BP! 

I'm looking to diversify my personal investment portfolio through Real Estate, particularly in the Midwest (Michigan, Ohio, & Illinois). 

I currently reside in Ridgewood, NJ with my wife and two children, Emily and Sarah and my miniature Schnauzer, Wishbone. My hobbies include reading the paper and donating to various charitable causes.

Looking forward to connect with more investors active in the Midwest. 

I have been doing research on Cleveland, Detroit, and Indianapolis exploring some out of state investing opportunities. 

Are there any active investors currently doing deals in these markets and would mind sharing your knowledge?
