Congrats on making it happen Wes! Sounds like you crushed it in 2022 all around. I've got a STR in Wilmington and a few in Carolina Beach. I experienced a similar result last year with a pretty decent increase in projected revenue. I will agree with you that there are a ton of new STR owners who have recently joined us in the nearby market. Wish you the best on any upcoming deals you have!

@Pat Lulewicz, I agree 100% with Pat. I live in and service Coastal NC and have a few STRs in the area myself that do very well. If anyone wants to hear more or is interested in buying something here in Coastal NC hit me up!
