@Gregory Schwartz Yeah I'd think it would be. I went to Texas A&M so I know the area pretty well and I know how much it's been growing recently. I've been analyzing some SF and MF opportunities just to practice and it seems like there are some decent options from what I can see. I'm interested in BRRR and Cashflow. Are you active in College Station?

@Whitney Hutten I've notced how much spaced Cypress still has to expand and I've heard how much Katy is expanding so I know that it'll become more desirable for people to move there as time goes on. Thanks for the comment!

I've been learning a lot about real estate investing recently and am ready to get more hands on with my business. I'm currently interested in residential to get started but wouldn't be afraid to tackle a small apartment at some point in the near future. I'm excited to get into this and would appreciate any insights specifically about the northwest Houston and College Station markets. Thanks!
