I am trying to focus on the north side, but am noticing how difficult it is to find an affordable cash-flowing property. I have switched my focus toward west and North/West Chicago. This includes Logan Square - Oak Park area. My budget is around ~300k for a down payment and I'm saving an extra ~50k for rehab.
