Hey BP,
I've been reading through a lot of the forums on mobile homes and trying to figure out how I should get started in this niche. Theres buying/selling mobile homes, purchasing existing MHP and building a new MHP. The idea of building a new one sounds really inviting to me because I would be able to have the latest and greatest for a MHP community. Not to mention the new manufactured homes look amazing!!!
I'd love to hear the pros and cons or any feedback from the BP community on this one!
