We do not have any outstanding loans against the buildings.   Current value is estimated to be 1.29 million.   Just a different beast we are not familiar with.  Thanks for all input.

The 2 we want to borrow against are finished and all rented.  We started another project across town that we need to finish building out.  So we need to know what loan types and ultimately which banks are best to utilize.  Assets are in Mississippi.

We recently built 2 single story apartment buildings. Each building is 7 doors. We need to borrow against the buildings to invest in our next property that we have run low on cash flow to finish due to all the inflation. What is the best avenue to take?
