Hello Bigger Pockets members, I need some help and advices that can be helpful, I just bought my first property in 2015 with my brother as a co-borrower and he is living in that house. My parents are living with him and we are renting my parents house. I'm looking to buy another property under my name with my dad. My questions is is there any way we can buy that house with 0 down with a government loan like fha home in 5? Or something like that since I'm going to live in that property, I mean it will be my residence property. I'm currently renting a house so I was thinking that can help as proof that I'm paying for a different house and my brother is paying his by himself as well. If not I would appreciate any advice or recommendations on this matter. Thank you for your support, God bless all, Carlos
Hello Bigger Pockets members, it's been a couple of weeks that I haven't post anything...I miss doing it, It's just that the business keep you Busy...I love it though. So I Have a concern I have a house in Mesa, AZ. I Bought It in 2010 in the low's $100's K in 2006 before I purchase it, it was worth $240k...way too much for the kind of house we are talking about. I don't think it will reach those prices again. That's not the point though, in the next 6 months, next year 2015 just next to where this house is located at there will be new houses built... I would like to know how the area will be affected, pros and cons!!!! Thank you much for those quality comments!!!! God bless all!!! Carlos
Thank you a lot guys, great advices, honestly. Jon, I greatly appreciate your honest and detailed advice. You sure can count I will put into action through the process. Thank you much.
So, I have one property in mesa, az which I am about to rent in the next month or two... my questions are, how can I set up good price for my single family home? What is the average number of properties you need to look at in your area to compare prices and parameters to get an equanimous price? What affects an area to be more desirable to be rented or not? How can I check backgrounds and screen tenants to make sure they are a good fit? It has 4 beds and 2 baths, 2 stories and a large backyard. It a basic house but the area is very convenient and it has great potential in the coming years. I would really appreciate quality advises and recommendations... Thank you much in advance, God bless all, Best regards, Carlos
