Wow! I'm impressed by all your prompt responses. Maybe what I meant to say, is to become an investor--fix and flip, rentals and property management. My experience is as an electrical/general contractor selling and installing solar panels, windows and siding.

Knowing this, what would you suggest would be the best starting point to a successful real estate investing career?

Thanks!

Happy New Year everyone!

I am an entrepreneur who has been involved in the home remodeling business since 2007; and would like to make a change to become a real estate developer. I have always been interested in this area. I have read many self-help books but never had the chance to ask anyone in the real world. What advice can you offer to someone like me on how to start?

Thank you!
