Hi everyone,

My name is Rachel, and I live in the Atlanta, Georgia area. I’m just getting started with studying and doing my research on real estate investing—especially house flipping, Airbnb, and other investment strategies. I’m incredibly eager to learn and fully committed to putting in the hard work it takes to succeed in this field.

My biggest motivation is to build a better future for myself and to retire my parents. I’m truly passionate about real estate—not just as a career path, but as a way to change my life and support my family.

Right now, I’m looking for someone who’s experienced, patient, and willing to mentor someone just starting out. I’m a fast learner, a hard worker, and I’m open to learning anything and everything. I’m willing to help out in any way I can—whether it’s shadowing, assisting on projects, or just learning through hands-on experience.

If you’re in or near the Atlanta area and open to mentoring or just offering some advice, I would be incredibly grateful. I’m ready to give this everything I’ve got, and I just need someone who believes in me and is willing to help me get started.
