Asking other people makes sense. Experienced investors can recommend people who they have already worked with so I can network with reliable and trustworthy people. I do plan on using communities to help me in my search. Thanks, Oleg!

My name is William Fernandes and I am a 19 year old out of Worcester, MA. I have educated myself in real estate investing mainly through the BP podcast by watching over a hundred episodes. I plan to start investing one year after college where I am projected to have around 100k in savings. The ways of investing that interest me the most are buy and hold rentals (especially multi-family), passive investing (syndications and debt funds), and BRRRRs. I also have interest in other forms of investing but I especially find these more appealing. I would appreciate advice on how to establish a solid team (realtor, lender, management company, ect.), vet deals, and create a system where investing becomes as simple and hands-free as possible. I aspire to become financially free through real estate and other forms of investing. Thank you and I appreciate all the help!
