Yes they are tax liens, As far as the number of liens on each property I'm not 100% sure, I'll have to re-post that info. The state is New York, Nassau County, Long Island to be exact. They were purchased in February of this year. Now what do you mean you do tax liens, do you broker transfers?

Hey guys my name is Pierre, and earlier this year I purchased three liens at an auction in a nearby county. All three liens are all over 5% in interest! The only problem is the more I did research the more I realized that I pretty much don't have the means to pursue the actual properties and obtain the deeds. I really just want to minimize my risk and lock in my profits. I just wanted information on how to best go about doing that.
