@Kyle C. I was a similar situation in Jan with 50k and looking for places to invest. I settled on a brand new lennar property in San Antonio, Texas in 78254 area. Paid $216,499 for a single family home, expected to rent between $1525-$1550. I just closed last week. In the process of renting it out. Still new to investing so went with a brand new build.
