I have a homeowner (I sent her direct mail back in September) who called me yesterday stating her home was foreclosed on and she was originally scheduled to be escorted out her home in April but because of Covid19 it has been delayed. Since I only stick to wholesaling I know there’s not much I can do to help this lady. She is mainly just looking for a place to rent, she’s older and was taking care of her sick husband who kept telling her the mortgage was paid and up to date. To her surprised when he passed, she realized how delinquent they were on the mortgage. She has his social security coming in for income and her grandson has agreed to find a place with her so he can help out with rent & bills. I want to help her to my best ability, do any investors have experience buying foreclosed homes and leasing it back to owner? Or can anyone suggest some good advice for any small way I can try to help her out. Thank you so much

For any investors in the Trenton, NJ market, how is it over there? As far as flips or buy and holds. Do you find it to be a good area with steady potential for your properties?

@Joanne Eriaku you’re welcome! I highly recommend watching Max Maxwell on YouTube and Facebook..he has tons videos with lots of gems and even goes thru propstream to teach you how to navigate the site

@Joanne Eriaku Propstream is extremely efficient, there tons of filters too to help you get a really targeted list. Liens, vacant properties, foreclosures, failed MLS listings and much more. There's a 7 day free trial and then $100 per month but well worth it. You can keep track of your saved list and skip trace on the site as well. Good luck!
