Looking for any recommendations on investor friendly agents in North Atlanta area.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Focus on SFH, small MF, and or commercial A-B properties. Would consider a BRRRR is right one came along.
Thanks

Sounds good. That's what I like about real estate investing - there's no one way of doing it.

Both are rented. The sellers signed a 12 month lease with me. They were having a hard time finding a house, and when they learned that I was planning on renting it anyway they ask for an application and we put them through the same screening as any other tenet.
2nd property I closed on the Sept 1st and tenet moved in on Oct 6th.
I have a management company handling things.
I wish I was doing this in my 20's

New investor -43, wife 3 kids 1st day on bigger pockets - don't even have a Facebook account. Tired of putting into a 401k that may or may not be there when I retire. I have been on the fence for years and over the last 3 months found and closed on 2 SFH. I did not want any headaches with my first deals, so these needed little to no work. Looking to add to portfolio. Very new to the BRRRR method, but am interested in it.
I get stuck on finding contractors I can trust in my area. It seems Im not the only one in need of a dependable and honest contractor. I would have more confidence looking at properties that need rehab work if I had more contacts for such things. I live in Acworth, GA.
My end game is to invest for buy and hold real-estate and replace as much of my W-2 as I can.
