Hi Bruce,

Thanks for the referral. I'm currently seeking the services of an attorney who can provide me with consultation regarding the process of transferring my rental property into an LLC.

Looking for the a CPA and Attorney in Dallas anyone have good recommendations?

Hello,

I'm a new investor, possibility of getting a property for rental investing on north of hardin-simmons university, Abilene TX. I am wondering if anyone is having trouble getting a property rented? It's a 1 bed 1 bath. Any advice/help would be appreciated. Could it be just the time of year?

Also, appreciate if you can refer any property managers and insurance agents.

@Andrew Postell, Thanks for the Info, I always thought commercial interest rates are variable and fixed for 15years. I'll check with the local banks.

Thanks
Pranay

I came across a property in Texas i.e a lot has fourplex plus a separate unit in the back i.e total 5 units. Can this still be considered as a 4plex + ADU and get a conventional loan or it should be commercial loan ?
