Hi,
I'm exploring a town house development opportunity with a builder near downtown Dallas. I am new to investing in Dallas and partnerships, need advice in the following areas.....
1. Builder partnership splits
2. Construction costs/sq.ft.
3. Current market price of new ~1,600 sq.ft. town homes
4. Current downtown real estate market conditions for new town homes
5. Current rents and cap rates for town homes.
Any input provided will be appreciated. Thanks!
