Jonesboro. We're interested in both flipping and buy and hold. We just purchased our first rental last week. It's a single family home. We have our current home that we live in it for sale, we just finished the rehab on it. This is the second home that we've done this way. Our goal is to expand into more rentals and continue to flip the homes that we live in.
