Hello I am working on purchasing my first rehab property. This property is very nice. It is a 5 bedroom house with a pool. A water pump broke in the house while the owner was on vacation and now the house has mold problems. The owner wants sell instead of fixing it. Im looking for someone who has experience in rehab and is interested in partnering with me for this deal.
