First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to read and for any help you can provide!

Background:

My wife and I current live just East of Dallas in a single-family home (past 2 years). We have a pretty decent chunk of equity in the home along with 60k saved. We both have stable income from full-time jobs (2+ years). We both have credit scores of 750+ with no college debt and only 1 car payment right now.

After spending much time & energy becoming more financially literate and learning the basics of REI, we are interested in pursuing our 1st rental property deal in the DFW market! We are wondering what advice we can learn from experienced investors, agents, lenders, etc. here on the BP network and to know if we are even in a position where we can comfortably get started.

Would love to network with and learn from any local professionals that can provide any guidance & assistance. I would love to be of help back to you in any way that I can.

Thanks all,

Preston Henman
