Hello BP friends,

I am new in the probate part of the business. Can someone tell me how I can find the executor of a probate? I see only attorneys in the newspapers....

The city requires a pre occupancy certificate. I appreciate the feedback.

Hello everyone What's your take on legalizing properties with illegal additions? I found a great property at a great price. The city requires reoccupancy certificate every time the property exchanges hands. It's an approved short sale and I need to make a decision soon. Any advice?
